U.S. shipping rates are based on current FedEx ground shipping rates. In some rare cases where FedEx is not available, products will be shipped via UPS. We do not ship outside of the United States. All products ship after 3-5 business days.
Damaged Products from Shipment:
It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to report and claim damage in shipping to the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS etc.) at the time of arrival.
Returns must be requested within 2 weeks of the products arrival. Please call 218-326-4736 or email us to discuss details of your specific return.
Refunds will be returned in form of a company check. Shipping costs and a 25% Restocking Fee will be deducted from refunds
