Shipping Policy
U.S. shipping rates are based on current UPS ground shipping rates. In some rare cases where UPS is not available, products will be shipped via FedEx. We do not ship outside of the United States. All products ship between 1-2 weeks, depending on resources. We do not offer free shipping outside of the contiguous continental states of the United States of America.
Damaged Products from Shipment
It is the sole responsibility of the consumer to report and claim damage in shipping to the shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS etc.) at the time of arrival.
Return Policy
Returns must be requested within 2 weeks of the products arrival. Please call 218-326-4736 or email us to discuss details of your specific return.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be returned in form of a company check. Shipping costs and a 25% Restocking Fee will be deducted from refunds.
